German-Speaking Collection Specialists (Office-Based | Prishtina)
We are hiring German speakers with good English skills (B2) for our Customer Representative roles in Prishtina. If you’re solution-oriented and want to shape the collections process through fair communication—this job is for you!
Your Tasks:
- Handle and monitor open receivables
- Communicate with debtors to find payment solutions
- Analyze financial situations and document cases
- Support receivables management and maintain customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- German B2 – C1 + English B2
- Customer service/call center experience is a plus
- Strong communication, independent work style, team spirit
- Basic computer skills
What We Offer:
- €1,000 net monthly salary
- Up to €200 performance bonus
- €107 meal & transport allowance
- €500 welcome bonus
- Mon–Fri, rotating shifts between 9:00–19:00
- Office-based in Prishtina (no remote)
- Start Date: 15 May
