Payroll Specialist & Accountant – Pristina 

Our Kosovo office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our Payroll & Employment and Accounting team for the position of Payroll Specialist and Accountant. 

Job description: 

• Process monthly payroll for Georgian and Cyprus clients
• Preparation of compulsory reports for local authorities
• Ensuring compliance with local and regional tax laws and regulations
• Collaborating with cross-border teams to provide seamless and efficient services
• Representing clients before relevant local institutions and authorities
• Advisory services to clients for labour and payroll matters
• Monitor legislation changes related to social insurances, labour laws, etc
• Candidates may have to handle payroll in other jurisdictions as well and they will have to undertake a training for the legislation of respective country in Eurofast offices
• Support for accounting tasks, such as accounting entries, bookkeeping, reconciliations

Requirements: 

• 1-3 years’ experience in payroll and accounting processing
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant accounting/HR qualification
• Fluent in English
• Very good command in Greek language
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
• Experience in working with international/multinational companies
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
