What we’re looking for:
Look, Clay and outbound automation are the hottest thing in the market right now. With quality automations sales teams can 5x their output – and we want to make that happen.
I’m looking for motivated team members, with extreme attention to detail and an eye for go to market & sales strategies – to catapult our clients to the next level
If you’ve worked at outbound organisation, but want to learn the next level in terms of outbound automation and become a true GTM engineer. We’ll help you get there.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign & Clay Strategy & Execution:
- Own end-to-end outbound campaign management for a portfolio of high-value clients, driving measurable growth and engagement metrics
- Craft Clay workflows & automation workflows working with some of the best start-ups and scale ups across the US, UK and EU
- Craft personalised copy using both Clay & manual copywriting for our clients
- Architect and implement sophisticated multi-channel outreach strategies using Clay, Smartlead, and Apollo.io
- Craft compelling copy and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions
2. Client Management:
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Lead regular performance review meetings and strategy sessions with clients
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and expansion
- Data Enrichment:
- Map out TAM for clients, build out clay workflows and help them be successful
- Setup and optimisation of clients campaign strategies, including technical set up and day to day delivery across all existing and new channels
- Responsible for healthy campaign delivery from a technical and data analysis view point
- Data management of all campaign data and providing feedback to each customer
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B outbound lead generation
- Has owned a “book of business” in a previous organisation, owning several clients success and delivery
- Demonstrated expertise with Clay, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and Smartlead platforms
- Strong copywriting skills with a track record of high-performing campaign content
- Experience working across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships independently
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and buyer journey
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Understanding of APIs and Make.com
- Understanding of Clay
