Head of HR – Join an International Company 

An international company is looking for a Head of HR to lead its Human Resources function and drive strategic HR initiatives across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing HR team while fostering an engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with the company’s international business objectives.
• Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a strong HR team to support the company’s growth.
•  Employee Engagement & Development: Drive training, career development, and employee well-being programs to enhance workplace culture.
• HR Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws while implementing HR best practices.
•  Compensation & Benefits: Design and oversee competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
•  Workforce Planning & Organizational Development: Support business growth by aligning HR strategies with company objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in German & English (both spoken and written)
• Proven experience in Human Resources at least 3  (mandatory)
• Experience in managing and scaling an HR team
• Previous international HR experience is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in implementing HR policies, employee engagement, and organizational development
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment
