Position: Part-Time English Communication Coach
Location: Prishtine

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic English Communication Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will help students develop their conversational skills, improve fluency, and gain confidence in speaking English in professional and everyday contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive and engaging English communication classes.
• Focus on improving students’ spoken English, listening skills, and pronunciation.
• Customize lessons to meet the communication needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
• Provide constructive feedback to students on their communication skills.
• Use creative and practical teaching techniques to foster confidence in speaking English.
• Prepare lesson materials and activities tailored to student proficiency levels.
• Track and report student progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred).
• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior teaching experience in spoken English or communication skills (preferred).
• Creative and adaptable teaching approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with business English or communication in professional settings.
