The Luxembourg agency for development Cooperation (LuxDev) launches a Call for Expression of Interest (CEOI) for the acquisition of services for “Update, maintenance of the Tracer Study Information System (TSIS) and ensuring the nationwide implementation and sustainability of Tracer Study (TS) (2 Lots)” on behalf of Project KSV/021 receiving financial support from the governments of the Republic of Kosovo and the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.

Economic operators that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are specialised in the digital platforms as well in education sector.

Indicatively, economic operators will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in developing, updating, revising and maintaining digital platforms including experience in implementation of the digital systems, preferably in education sector.

The start of the contract is foreseen for April 2025 and for a duration of 18 months. Economic operators must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated at EUR 200,000 (all taxes excluded), divided per lot as such:

Lot 1: Update, maintenance of the Tracer Study Information System (TSIS) – EUR 40,000.

Lot 2: Ensuring the nationwide implementation and sustainability of Tracer Study (TS) – EUR 160,000.

It is mandatory for interested economic operators to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The dossier, including the selection criteria and the application form, is available on request at the address given below.

The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of a minimum three and maximum eight candidates evaluated as qualified and ranked for each lot, if necessary, against the selection criteria.
