Operations & Marketing Communications Executive (Home Office)

Normann Engineering is a leading provider of components and innovative solutions for broadband operators across Europe, specializing in FttH, HFC, and other broadband networks. In addition to products, the company offers technical services like system integration, installation, and training.

Role description:
As a Marketing Communications & Operations Executive, you will manage two key areas: driving marketing activities and coordinating daily business operations. This role reports directly to the CEO. With this role we offer you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s growth while collaborating closely with leadership. The job is to be performed from Home Office with requirement for coordination meeting in Austria or Germany (eg. every 2^nd month for 3-4 days).

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Operations:

• Organize and administrate departmental meetings (materials preparation, administration, follow-up/reporting on the progress)
• Collaborate with departments to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the organization.
• Support the planning and execution of internal events and initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement.

Marketing Communications:

• Maintain and oversee company CI and marketing guidelines
• Drive and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, e-marketing, sales catalogues, sponsored articles).
• Maintain and create company’s collaterals and marketing material
• Independently and proactively gather e-marketing information from diverse sources.
• Maintain company’s website and customers self-service platform
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts to refine and optimize strategies.
• Monitor market activities in media (competitors, producers, trends)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in a corporate environment)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent English writing skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, CMS, email marketing tools).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time (apart from home office)
