Location: Prishtina, Kosovo

Work Schedule: On-site, Full-time, Mon-Fri

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of our international clients and driving growth in the UK and US markets.

Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding:
    • Conduct thorough onboarding processes for new international clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding plans, including training and support materials.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, acting as their primary point of contact.
    • Proactively identify client needs and exceed expectations.
    • Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Account Management:
    • Manage a portfolio of high-value international accounts.
    • Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  • Affiliate Network Management:
    • Manage relationships with top affiliate networks in the UK and US.
    • Optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.
    • Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other teams, including Sales, Marketing, Creative and Delivery to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
    • Share best practices and insights with the team to improve overall performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (native or near-native level), Italian preferred
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and project management tools; ability to read and analyze the contribution of marketing channels to performance; understanding the structure and functionality of Google Ads and Meta Ads, being able to interpret metrics and dimensions; having at least a basic knowledge of programmatic advertising.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; at least a basic level of advertising communication
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to the UK and US

Additional Considerations

  • Cultural Understanding: A strong understanding of UK and US cultures and business practices is beneficial.
  • Education: A degree from a British or American university can be advantageous.
