We are now looking for the finest talent to come and join our ambitious team at our central office location at Ivy Residence in Prishtina.

About The Role:

As an ”Associate”, you will be responsible for delivering SRP:s service to our existing clients across Europe. You will work to understand each of our clients unique knowledge needs and help them attain the critical expertise they seek through identifying, onboarding, and providing relevant experts to our clients on a project basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Main point-of-contact with clients in order to understand their specific needs.
• Source, onboard and deliver relevant experts on each of our clients projects.
• Adapt to a fast paced client driven environment with strong communication.
• Keep experts engaged and position them for various future client projects.
• Ensure excellent client service and experience through a proactive approach.

Salary:

• Competitive Base Salary
• Monthly Commission

Requirements:

• Finance / Economics / Management (minimum bachelor degree).
• Business proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Previous work experience in recruitment / sales / project management or similar.
