international branch in Prishtina, where some of its main operations have taken place for

We are an accredited Certification Body providing audit and certification services for a global
client base, and we are currently looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our
team in Prishtina in the role of a Website Developer.

Career path

The Website Developer will be responsible for maintaining and improving the current
website, as well as building new website(s) as needed. The work involves working as part of
the marketing team to align the website with the company’s brand and marketing strategy.
The developer will also collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to implement SEO
strategies.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain company websites (WordPress-based), ensuring continuous improvement and seamless user experience.
• Ensure the website meets accessibility standards, cross-platform compatibility, and responsive design for optimal performance.
• Create new features, pages, and layouts based on marketing needs, and enhance design and functionality in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Update plugins, themes, and components regularly to ensure security and implement measures to protect data and maintain compliance.
• Assist the marketing team with website analytics integration, tracking conversions, and improving website performance using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to implement SEO best practices and support the team using SEO tools and techniques.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development (WordPress
  experience is required).
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern
  front-end frameworks like React, Next.js, or similar.
• Basic knowledge in back-end development, including PHP and MySQL.
• Experience with website performance optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Semrush, Google Search Console).
• Experience with CMS and platforms like WordPress, Sanity, or others.
• Familiarity with web security best practices.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present work from concepts to final execution.
• Work well independently with minimum supervision.
• Creative, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
• A consistently positive attitude and a high level of enthusiasm and initiative.
