Job Description: We are looking for several dedicated and customer-oriented collection specialists who speak German at a native level and have good English skills. Are you passionate about creating a positive and solution-oriented customer experience and shaping the collections process through fair and transparent communication? Then you are at the right place because in this position, you will be responsible for processing open receivables and actively contribute to developing individual solutions that meet both the needs of the debtors and the goals of our customers.
About the tasks to be done in the job (position is: Customer Representative):
- Processing and monitoring of open receivables in the collections process
- Communicating with debtors to reach fair and sustainable payment agreements
- Analyzing the financial situation of debtors and developing individual solutions
- Documenting and managing receivable cases in a modern system
- Close collaboration with the team to optimize the collections process
- Supporting the resolution of inquiries and issues in receivables management
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining respectful communication throughout the process
About the profile we are looking for:
- Native-level German language skills and good English skills (at least B2 level)
- Experience in customer service or call center is an advantage
- Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and work independently
- Team player, flexible, and dynamic work style
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software and computers
- Very good written and verbal communication skills

The salary and conditions are as follows:
- Monthly net salary of 1000,00 Euros
- Monthly net bonus up to 200,00 Euros (based on monthly performance)
- Monthly net meal and fair allowance of a total of 107,00 Euros (each 30,00 Euros and 77,00 Euros)
The working days and hours are:
- Monday to Friday and between 9am to 7pm (8.5 hours each day, there will be two shifts)
Planned start of training is the 3rd of February. The project doesn’t have a remote working system, only from the office in Prishtina.
