About the job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Officer to join our team. The Operations Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our organization. This role involves coordinating various operational activities, managing resources, and implementing processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, project success, and resource performance.
- Track staffing requirements and assisting hiring new employees as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective onboarding, training, and support for outsourced candidates.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables, manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, client interactions, and project outcomes to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and clients to ensure proper operations of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT or Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in client relationship management account management role
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze data to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Very good English in writing and speaking, German language is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus.
