Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: On-Site, Icon Towers – Prishtina, KS
Compensation: €2,500 – €3,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations across our portfolio. You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring properties are well-maintained, repairs are handled promptly, and clients experience exceptional service. Your strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of maintenance specialists and technicians to ensure high-quality service and efficiency.
- Operations Management: Oversee all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventative schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Client Interaction: Address maintenance-related client concerns and provide timely updates on repair statuses.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure work quality and client satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to align maintenance efforts with business goals.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to optimize maintenance workflows.
- Training and Development: Provide training and resources to the team to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 4-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Proven leadership capabilities and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
