Are you a seasoned dispatcher with excellent negotiation skills? Keller Truck LLC is assembling a new dispatch team in Kosovo and is seeking experienced freelancers to join our dynamic remote operations.

Position Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Work Hours: Must be available to work from 13:30 to 24:00 Kosovo time.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in trucking/logistics dispatching.
• Language Proficiency: Must speak fluent English (C1 or C2 level only).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with dispatching software and tools.
• Professionalism: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and monitor freight loads for drivers.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers.
• Plan and optimize routes for timely deliveries and efficiency.
• Negotiate rates with brokers and customers to maximize profitability.
• Resolve real-time issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of loads, schedules, and driver activity.
