Job Title: Customer Support Representative (Dutch Speaking)
Location: Home Office (One month of training onsite)
Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients, a dynamic and growing company that places a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service. They are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Support Representative who is fluent in Dutch to join their team. This role is primarily remote, with only one month of initial training conducted in the office to ensure you are fully prepared for success.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) – knowledge of English is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
