Position Details
- Job Title: Social Media Manager / Client Engagement Specialist
- Location: In-Office (Pristina)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: 14:00 – 22:00 CEST

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the professional presence of Zion’s LinkedIn accounts, aligning with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Develop, schedule, and post high-quality content tailored to LinkedIn’s audience and Zion’s industry.
- Engage with clients and followers through timely responses, comments, and relationship-building initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the internal team to craft content showcasing industry leadership, achievements, and business milestones.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience in client engagement, relationship management, or community building is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in real estate investment or management is an advantage.
