Job Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Royal York Property Management, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand image and visual communication. Your creative skills will contribute to the development of marketing materials, digital content, and visual campaigns that help connect property owners with pre-qualifed tenants. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams to create compelling designs that showcase available properties and ensure smooth, successful transactions.

Building strong relationships with property owners and ensuring the effective visual representation of their properties will be at the heart of your role. This position is perfect for ambitious, self-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce engaging visual content for marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, social media graphics, and digital ads.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that drive tenant inquiries and property viewings.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand consistency across all visual platforms.
• Develop innovative design solutions that help connect property owners with pre-qualifed tenants.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to improve property presentation and online presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and design execution.

Qualifcations:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print media.
• Profciency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in real estate marketing or a similar industry is a plus, but not required.
