We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with Tech Background, who provides solutions to our customer’s requests and build customer relationships. The customer’s requests you handle are mainly technical issues of our EV chargers in the field. When you handle these requests, your approach ensures excellent customer experience and fast response times. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitoring and resolving customer requests/issues that come in via multiple channels (e.g. phone, email, chat) in a fast and competent way, providing assistance to our B2B customers (bus companies, highway EV charging stations).  
  • Reporting about your shift and communicate to the team the needed follow up. 
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process by giving customers regular updates and clarification. 
  • Proactively identifying potential improvement areas in process, practices, and tools together with the team. 


The team you will be part of is the Customer Support Team, which counts around 20 team members. The team is globally spread around Europe and the US   

To make the above work, we are looking for a junior to medior professional who is customer focused, solution-oriented, flexible, and an excellent communicator.

Other essential requirements:  

  • Experience with customer support; having knowledge of principles and best practices when it comes to serving the customer.   
  • Technical Support Background preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English and German or Italian. 
  • Ability to work in night shift and weekends. 
  • Good spoken English.
