Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our outreach and creative marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills in US English and has a proven track record in managing lead generation campaigns and building contact lists. This role is essential to driving our outreach initiatives and creating impactful campaigns that resonate with potential partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach Campaign Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach campaigns targeting potential partners and collaborators.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive contact list and lead database for outreach efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop compelling messaging and marketing assets for outreach campaigns.
Lead Generation & Relationship Building:
- Engage with potential partners and leads through calls, emails, and other outreach channels to build and nurture relationships.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential partners to maintain interest and move conversations forward.
- Monitor outreach performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and lead conversion.
Project Planning & Execution:
- Manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Develop project plans with clear milestones and objectives, and track progress to ensure goals are achieved.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to align outreach efforts.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, including key insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Problem Solving & Adaptability:
- Identify and address challenges proactively, developing solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outreach and lead generation.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience in project management, outreach, or lead generation.
- Strong background in managing outreach campaigns and building contact lists for lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills in US English, both spoken and written.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using outreach and project management tools (e.g., CRM software, project management platforms).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and optimization.
