Python Developer with AI/ML & NLP Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong skills in writing clean, reusable, and well-structured code. The role requires significant expertise in data manipulation, AI/ML, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This position offers the opportunity to apply these skills in a dynamic, agile environment, contributing to the development of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop algorithms and models to parse, extract, predict, classify, and structure unstructured data from various languages and sources related to tenders.
• Build solutions that automate the extraction and prediction of participation criteria for customers, enhancing efficiency in the bidding process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data extraction and chunking techniques, focusing on handling tender documents such as Excel, Word, and PDF files.
• Create AI-powered tools to streamline responses, inquiries, and participation requests during the bidding process.
• Drive the development of AI-driven solutions that transform customer data into actionable business opportunities, maximizing value and impact.

Skills & Expertise:

• Must-Have:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, with a focus on clean, reusable, and efficient coding practices.
  • Solid knowledge of NLP models (including training and evaluation).
  • Experience with data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
  • Strong command of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Ability to ensure applications are optimized for performance, quality, and responsiveness.

• Should-Have:

  • Familiarity with advanced NLP models such as BERT, GPT, LLaMA, and experience using tools like LangChain or similar.
  • Proven skills in data extraction and chunking for NLP-related tasks.
  • Experience working with text parsing libraries like PyMuPDF, PDFplumber, NLTK, Spacy, and Gensim.
  • Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL).

• Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with semantic systems and knowledge of graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, Vector databases).
  • Ability to train and fine-tune models for specific NLP tasks.
  • Understanding of DevOps and MLOps processes to streamline deployment and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development or similar roles.
• Familiarity with databases and cloud services.
