Card Personalization Officer (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Card Personalization Officer to join our team in PRISHTINA.
Quipu is the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group and provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions for all ProCredit institutions, as well as for other banks and financial institutions This includes everything from electronic payment services to software systems, hybrid cloud hosting, and a host of other operations.

General description:
Main responsibilities of the Card Personalization Support (CPS) are: supporting the personalization process by taking cards out of the vault, sorting, packing and quality checking; organize the card shipping process; supporting on confirming the invoices received from the courier/shipping and broker companies; support the import and export process of cards by communicating with Quipu-s broker; performing vault checks and sending stock reports to Banks.

What your key responsibilities will be:
- Support the personalization process: entering the Vault as witness or as officer for taking cards out of the Vault and Perform sorting and packing of cards
- Quality checks – visual checks on the printing quality and the preciseness of the fields printed on the card. Personalization validation using the UL EMV PVT Tool, in order to check if the personalization is done based on the latest Payment System specification; checking the if the correct fields are printed on the specific card products of the specific client/Bank.
- Organize the shipping process, including: preparing the invoices for the cards to be shipped, wight the packages, generate the airway bill from the DHL system, prepare the cards for the courier company/Bank to be picked up
- Support the Card Enveloping Service and operating with the Card Enveloping Machines
- Support the import and export process of the cards
- Perform twice a month the Vault check (inventory of all cards in the Vault)
- Report the stock situation to the banks
- Participate on the end of day procedure by logging the destroyed cards during the personalisation process and participate on the destruction of the sensitive materials generated during the personalisation process.
- Enveloping/packing the cards in single envelopes by operating the enveloping machines using Maticard Pro.
Additional duties and responsibilities
- Control and confirm the invoice received from the courier company
- Control and confirm the invoice received from the broker company
- Prepare orders for consumables used on the personalisation process
- Maintain stock of PIN Envelopes.
- Support the Key Management process in case requested from the CISO and/or Key Manager.
Qualifications and requirements
- Good understanding of Card Personalisation Processes
- Good knowledge on EMV technology and standard
- University Degree
- Fluency in English language, both spoken and written;
- A self-started, well organized and motivated;
- Good communication skills;
