3D Artist / Generalist (Onsite & Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain real-time applications for car interiors, incorporating materials and dynamic lighting scenarios alongside interactive user interfaces.
• Enhance applications to ensure optimal visual quality and performance for both screen displays and VR/XR headsets.
• Create 3D assets from scratch or optimize/convert assets from other design teams for integration into real-time applications.
• Engage in virtual prototyping of automotive user interfaces using tools like ProtoPie or within real-time engines.
• Continuously explore and test tools, applications, and plugins to improve workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members by regularly sharing best practices and experiences.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine or Unity for developing interactive real-time applications, including VR/XR content.
• Advanced skills in 3D polygon modeling, texturing, animation, and rendering using software such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max. NURBS modeling skills in tools like Alias or Rhino are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of real-time shaders and rendering workflows.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, especially in expressions and scripting.
• Familiarity with standard 2D design software such as Adobe Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator, as well as interaction prototyping tools like ProtoPie.
• English Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
