staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a friendly, passionate and professional Audit Supervisor to join our client team, in the industry of Audit, Tax and Consulting Services. Their main responsibility will be to manage the audit team and ensure that all the audit assignments are properly executed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and coordinate audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and staff assignment while applying best practices
  • Review workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance, contributing to quality control and discussions
  • Mentor and evaluate team members, junior auditors, providing feedback and supporting their development while enhancing team performance
  • Asses financial processes to identify risks areas and recommend measures for improvement
  • Communicate audit findings to clients, while maintaining positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction on audit-related issues
  • Assure that all audit procedures comply with ISA and IFRS, implementing best practices and maintaining high standards
  • Draft audit reports, financial statements and management letters, ensuring clarity and discussing findings with clients

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

  • Bachelor or a Master’s Degree in Accounting or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in external audit or similar roles
  • Currently in the process of acquiring professional certifications such as SCAAK (or ACCA)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, in both written and oral
  • Hold a strong understanding of ISA paired with advanced knowledge of IFRS
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze and process data; be able to address tasks and organize information logically
  • Willingness to travel once or twice a year, depending on clients
  • Reliable and completes tasks in allotted time
