MELLON Albania-Kosovo Branch seeks to hire a Hardware Services Technician
To support and maintain the portfolio of products, such us: electronic card acceptance machines (EFT/POS), cash management machines (e.g. ATM’s), etc. as described below:
Field activities includes field visits activities for the installation or maintenance such as troubleshooting and repairs, replacing specific spare parts – upon specific training.
Lab repairs includes laboratory correction activities to electronic or mechanical components – upon specific training.
Key responsibilities of role:

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot computer hardware problems, update software configurations from written
• instructions or with guidance from support personnel.
• Handle on-call requests for the repair of equipment due to malfunction or failure.
• Follows maintenance procedures and ensure that parts and tools needed to support and facilitate repairs are readily available.

Education/Experience

• Educated in Operation and Support with electronic equipment.
• Communicating effectively with peers, supervisors and customers.
• Availability to work where Mellon Albania-Kosovo Branch operates or to travel abroad for training purposes.
• Holds a University Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or electronics.
• Have at least 3 years work experience in conducting mechanical/technical work and repair of equipment’s.
• Possess English proficiency that include reading, speaking, and writing.
• Must have a driving license and maintain a clean driving record for purposes of insurability.
