Job Summary:

The Workforce Planner/Data Analyst prepares and produces work volume and staffing forecast dashboards, as well as comparative data on results vs. forecasts, identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions. This position provides workforce management scheduling and load balancing requirements for work peaks and valleys. The Workforce Planner/Data Analyst makes adjustments and recommendations for optimizing scheduling to maximize service and quality.

Tasks

• Analyzes data and recommends solutions for implementation
• Creates integrated database tracking tools for staffing shrinkage patterns (vacation, sick, training, etc.) to optimize staffing forecasts
• Reporting the schedule plan of the employees
• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
• Close cooperation with the operational contacts
• Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
• Documentation of all requirements and processes in cooperation with Operation

The profile we are looking for:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or related software.
• Great spoken and written English skills
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Experience in creating, analyzing, and optimizing processes
• Teamwork and social skills
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
