We are currently seeking 24 skilled VOICE NOC Engineers to join our leading telecommunications company. The role involves supporting and maintaining TDM switches, with 4 engineers required for each of the following technologies: DMS100, DMS10, EWSD, DCO, AXE, and 5E.
We are a leading telecommunications company looking for a highly skilled TDM switch support professional to join our team. As a Tier 2 TDM switch support specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for the remote clearing of switch faults beyond the switch provided pack/repair list, as well as providing advanced troubleshooting solutions that go beyond the standard output of the switch.
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for directing site personnel in the remote repair of faults. The ideal candidate should possess at least 4-6 years of experience in Tier 1 TDM switch support, and should be able to demonstrate that they are close to achieving Tier 2 level of expertise.
The candidate should also possess a minimum of 4 years of experience supporting North America based Local Exchange Carriers, and should be able to provide details of the specific carriers they have supported. It is preferred that the candidate be experienced in working with the following technologies: EWSD, DCO, AXE, 5E, DMS100, and DMS10.
The successful candidate should be an ambitious learner with a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of working well in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as the candidate will be required to work closely with other team members, as well as with customers.
