Position Summary:

As a UI/UX Designer you will be generating ideas, conceptualizing, developing and top-quality user experience (UX) and user intefeace (UI) design.  The UX/UI Designer will ensure to develop and implement the necessary experiences for Soultion25 and its clients digital tools and digital platforms.

To best succeed at this role, the candidate should provide proof of having a strong aesthetic eye and fundamental knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.

In more detail, the UX/ UI Designer should:

• Investigate user experience design requirements for Solution25’s and its clients digital tools.
• Design, develop and regularly update a UI/UX design strategy;
• Deliver and propose high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes;
• Desiign UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets;
• Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages;
• Work closely with the marketing team, including Soultion25 designers to ensure the delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user;
• Regularly follow-up and provide advise to the Solution25 executive management on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities.

Requirements:

• A minimum of four (4) years of proven experience experience as a UX/UI designer;

• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy;
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to work effectively under the pressure of deadlines;
• BA degree in Graphic Design, Marketing and other related qualifications are an additional;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to formulate well-targeted project ideas and activities;
• Profficiency in communicating in Albanian and English.
