Engagement of a Marketing Company for Promoting the Innovation & Training Park (ITP) in Prizren, Kosovo
1. Background
The Kosovarisch-Deutsche Wirtschaftsvereinigung (KDWV) aims to promote the Innovation & Training Park (ITP) in Prizren as a prime location for investment, particularly targeting German businesses. To achieve this, KDWV plans to engage a marketing company to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, highlighting the advantages of ITP and attracting potential investors.
2. Objectives
The main objective of engaging a marketing company is to:
- Increase visibility and awareness of the ITP in Prizren among German businesses.
- Highlight the strategic benefits and opportunities for investment in ITP.
- Attract more German companies as potential investors for ITP by focusing on targeted outreach through all marketing materials.
3. Scope of Work
The marketing company will be responsible for:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the German market.
- Define key messages, value propositions, and positioning for ITP.
- Identify and plan the use of various marketing channels, including digital marketing, print media, events, and public relations.
3. Content Creation:
- Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
- Develop a series of success stories and case studies to showcase existing investments in ITP.
4. Digital Marketing Campaign:
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
6. Public Relations:
- Develop and execute a public relations strategy to secure media coverage in key German publications.
- Engage with journalists and influencers to promote positive stories about ITP.
7. Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and overall impact.
4. Deliverables
The marketing company is expected to deliver:
- A market research report identifying up to 10 potential foreign companies that have achieved success through their investments in Kosovo. A focus on German companies is preferable but not mandatory.
- A comprehensive marketing strategy document.
- High-quality marketing materials and content.
- A series of 6 short videos/Reels general video regarding the Project. They are necessary for digital marketing campaigns.
- A final report summarizing the outcomes and impact of the marketing activities.
5. Reporting
The marketing company will report to the KDWV Project Manager and will provide bi-weekly updates on the progress of the work. Regular meetings (virtual or in-person) will be scheduled to discuss the status and any challenges encountered.
6. Qualifications and Experience
The ideal marketing company will have:
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for economic development or investment promotion.
- Strong capabilities in digital marketing, content creation, and public relations.
- Experience in organizing and managing promotional events.
- Familiarity with the German business landscape and target audience.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
7. Payment and Terms
The payment terms will be negotiated based on the marketing company’s experience and the scope of work. Payments will be made in installments upon the completion of the agreed milestones.
8. Application Process
This ToR is restricted to companies registered and operating within the Republic of Kosovo.
Interested marketing companies are requested to submit:
- A company profile highlighting relevant experience.
- Samples of previous work, particularly in economic development or investment promotion.
- A brief proposal outlining their approach to this project.
