This notice of invitation is launched by and according to the procedures of the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development), on behalf of Project KSV/017 receiving financial support from the governments of the Republic of Kosovo and of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

This tender is launched under a suspensive clause.

The award of the contract is subject to the fulfilment of the following pre-condition:

• The formalization and signature of extension of the Project KSV/017 Bilateral Agreement between the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Government of the Republic of Kosovo.

Non-fulfilment of the above-mentioned pre-condition will lead to a cancellation of this tender procedure and the termination of the award of the contract.

1. Grouping of lots: the combination of lots is possible at the time of award (a tenderer may be awarded several lots). To do so, the tenderer must meet the administrative and technical requirements of the lots.

Note: Tenderers applying for more than one lot may submit a single tender covering these lots, specifying unequivocally in the documents that require it the information specific to each of the lots concerned.

5. Eligibility: companies satisfying the criteria included in the Statement of Good Standing and in the Ethics Clauses of the General Regulations – please be aware that companies which are not registered in Kosovo may need a local grouping member in order to execute the import or have to register in Kosovo. Project KSV/017 will not be able to support the registration in Kosovo and can in no way be held accountable for delays in the registration process.

11. Complementary or additional services

This Contract does not include any complementary or additional acquisition of goods. In the event where complementary or additional acquisition of goods would be required (initially not included), its value will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the initial value of the Contract.

[2] Starting at the moment the hospital has secured installation prerequisites that will be determined by the commencement order from the supervisor of the contract.
