Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our user base by ensuring accurate and efficient user validation processes. Your proactive communication skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in providing our users with a positive onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Validate the identities of newly onboarded users.
• Guide new users through the user validation process, explaining platform features and benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize user validation procedures.
• Address user inquiries and concerns related to validation promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to the development of user onboarding materials, emphasizing the importance of user validation.
• Maintain accurate records of validation activities and interactions.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work cross-functionally.
• Full-time position
• Working schedule: 10 am-6 pm
