What We Expect from You

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

  • Strategic Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding. Align hiring processes with business strategy.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, training providers, and professional networks.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Implement structured onboarding programs to enhance new hire integration and engagement.

External Learning & Development Responsibilities

  • Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps and determine training needs in collaboration with department heads.
  • Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and establish partnerships with top-tier training providers.
  • Program Coordination: Oversee all external training logistics, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Training Effectiveness: Track and report on training outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and external learning management.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and external training program coordination.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment practices, employer branding, and digital sourcing.

Key Skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis & reporting.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in tracking and measuring training effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Project management skills: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Amadeus & IATA Expertise: Proficiency in using these systems for flight ticket reservations and travel logistics.
