Supporting Local Institutions on Greater Use of Digital Channels of Communication

Democracy International, implementer of the USAID Social Contract Activity, intends to award a fixed priced subcontract to a local qualified vendor provide services intended to increase the municipal and community groups’ use of digital channels of communication. Services to be provided include providing guidance on and coaching individuals in utilizing social media and supporting the crafting of effective messages, among others.

Eligibility: The tendering process is open to all legally registered local firms who want to participate. All legally registered local firms must be able to document their eligibility to participate according to the requirements of the request for quotations.

How to Obtain a Tender Dossier The tender dossier, which includes the specifications for the services requested, including evaluation criteria, is available by writing to: [email protected] from March 10^th through March 17^th, 2023.

Questions and Clarifications Offerors must submit all questions and requests for clarifications regarding this RFQ in writing via email to [email protected] All correspondence regarding this solicitation must reference the RFQ number in the subject line. No phone calls or in-person inquiries will be entertained.

Offer Deadline Quotations must be submitted in electronic format to [email protected] no later than 4 p.m. Kosovo local time on March 17^th, 2023. Late offers will be rejected except under extraordinary circumstances at DI’s discretion.
