Our Stradivarius store in Pristina is looking for STORE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the retail store, so it has a top management responsibility for the store as a work center.
In carrying out their work, will implement the following main activities:

• The organization and coordination of operations in the retail store;
• Active presence at the point of sale;
• Perform accounting job in accordance with the law;
• Maintain the image of the retail store;
• Organization of Employees: control of working hours in relation to sales, managing employees and dealing with all issues affecting the team in the store;
• Training and education of team members on sales techniques and skills;
• Activities related to potential buyers (offering of goods to the customer, fair and responsible attitude towards customers);
• Loading and unloading, receiving, alarming, price display and presentation of goods;
• Regular and accurate payments and accurate performing of all administrative tasks and reports;
• Control of the store, security and maintenance;
• Performance of other unnamed operations in upon the order of immediate superior in accordance with the nature and type of work.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 months experience in managerial positions
• Good knowledge of the English language, at least SSS
• Sales orientation and high level of customer service
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication, soft skills
•  Managerial experience
