We are looking for a creative SEO Specialist to join our excellent marketing team. The SEO Specialist’s responsibilities include analyzing and identifying gaps in website content, optimizing pages for improved search results, building links and supervising content creation. To be successful as an SEO Specialist, you must be willing to keep abreast of industry innovations and trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting keyword research using dedicated software, and generating new keyword ideas.
  • Analyzing website and social media pages, then making recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitoring website traffic, search results, and developing strategies.
  • Generating content ideas and delegating those to the team.
  • Overseeing content creation and updating outdated content.
  • Optimizing pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile use.
  • Developing link-building strategies.
  • Managing paid search campaigns.
  • Keeping up to date with new trends and best SEO practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • HTML and JavaScript experience.
  • +5 years experience as a SEO Specialist.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow specifications.
  • Ability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM from the office.

As a Video Designer, you will be working closely with our graphic designers and software programmers to design and produce high-end visual, textual, and animated content for our website. To ensure success, you should have a background in digital design and the ability to collaborate on projects. Ultimately, a top-notch Videeo Designer is someone whose visual design skills translate into high quality animated content that engages website viewers.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with the CEO to determine the project scope.
  • Conducting research on media techniques and design ideas.
  • Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers, visual designers, and software programmers.
  • Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to website specifications.
  • Creating digital images, video animation, and textual animations.
  • Creating original artwork for digital image processing.
  • Recording, editing, and encoding audo files.
  • Performing media edits based on user feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field.
  • +5 years experience as a Video Designer.
  • A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
  • Excellent knowledge of story-boarding, visual design principals, and animation.
  • Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.

You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a great team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
  • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
  • Experience using various analytics software.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM from our office in Pristina.
