Chemonics seeks senior technical specialists for the anticipated USAID-funded Kosovo Investment Promotion and Access to Finance project in Kosovo. The purpose of this Activity is to strengthen private sector capacity for sustainable economic growth through investment promotion and increased access to diversified finance. The Activity will promote partnerships between the private sector and Government of Kosovo and press for productive dialogue between the private sector and the government to attract direct investment and enhance access to finance. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world. Chemonics International is recruiting technical specialists for long-term positions in the following areas:

• Investment promotion/ foreign direct investment
• Institutional strengthening
• Trade facilitation
• Business enabling environment facilitation and reforms
• Access to diversified finance
• Sustainable economic growth
• Public-private partnerships
• USAID project administration, operations, human resources, financial and grants management, monitoring & evaluation, and communications 

Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications:  

• At least five years of professional experience implementing programming or providing technical input and advisory services in the above-mentioned technical areas 
• Experience working on USAID or other international donor projects
• Experience working in Kosovo and/or the Balkans
• Experience working within the private sector preferred
• University degree in business, economics, finance, investment, trade, or a related field
• Fluency in Albanian and English required; fluency in Serbian preferred
