staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a friendly, passionate and professional Senior Auditor to join our client team, in the industry of Audit, Tax and Consulting Services. He or She must have a strong financial statement audit background.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct audit and review tasks within budget and timeframe, maintaining our quality expectations and developing trusted relationship with clients
- Execute audit, review, and advisory assignments with a focus on accuracy, compliance with professional standards, and delivering value to clients through high-quality work
- Evaluate risks and organize work activities thoroughly to ensure effective project execution, resource allocation, and the mitigation of potential challenges during assignments
- Complete tasks both at the client’s location and in the office, ensuring all activities are finalized on time, within budget, and in alignment with the client’s needs and expectations
- Identify tax-related, business-economic, or other advisory opportunities to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations that drive business improvement and success
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to audit associates, interns, and assistant accountants, supporting their daily tasks and growth
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
- Preferably a bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in external audit or similar roles
- Currently in the process of acquiring professional certifications such as SCAAK (or ACCA)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, in both written and oral
- Hold a solid understanding of ISA paired with general knowledge of IFRS
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze and process data; be able to address tasks and organize information logically
- Willingness to travel once or twice a year, depending on clients
- Reliable and completes tasks in allotted time
