The Teleperformance Shared Service Center, located in Prishtina, Kosovo, is the region’s largest outsourced financial service provider. Established in 2020, it primarily offers services to other Teleperformance entities. The center boasts a team of 40 highly skilled professionals specializing in Accounting, Finance, Controlling Reporting, and Procurement. Profile Overview:

As a Senior Accountant in the Teleperformance Shared Service Center, you will be responsible for assisting in full-cycle activities required to complete compilation and review engagements.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Review and approve prepared monthly and/or annual accounting operations in line with the requirements of the applicable accounting standards (IFRS and International National Accounting Standards) and Tax legislation
• Responsible for the preparation and submission of monthly VAT returns
• Prepare and analyze annual financial statements
• Prepare applicable local monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations
• Ensure the standard, accuracy, and quality of the financial information provided
• Operate a portfolio of projects with respect to planning, meeting deadlines, and quality of work
• Support cooperation with external and internal auditors

Your Profile

•  BSc or MSc in Accounting/Finance and a certified Accountant certificate is a must
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar field of work in a fast-paced business environment and know how to manage and drive multiple initiatives
• Fluent in English
• An excellent command of Excel and practical experience with accounting systems
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
