Job Summary

The Leasing Consultant position is the primary point of contact for residents and prospective residents. Providing outstanding customer service and demonstrating sales excellence is essential. The Leasing Consultant will guide prospects in choosing their next apartment home and will support residents throughout the duration of their residency.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach every prospective tenant assigned to him in a timely manner.
• Identify prospective tenants’ needs and recommend suitable properties based on tenants’ requirements.
• Schedule and directs virtual walkthroughs for each prospective tenant.
• Collects all the required information from prospective tenants and updates leasing activities report in a timely manner.
• Oversee assigned prospective tenants’ screening process and follow up with tenants based on screening results.
• Use initiatives in maximizing the income and value for the portfolio.
• Coordinate the handover of the pre-committed applicants to property management site team.

Job Requirement

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
• Great communication and selling skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to work under pressure.
