Desert Eagle Express is a leading trucking company that provides reliable and efficient transportation services to businesses across Midwest region in United States. We are currently seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Representative and a driven and self-motivated Dispatch Officer to join our team in Prishtina and help grow our business.

Sales Representative responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email, and referrals.
• Present and sell transportation services to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Sales Representative requirements:

• Sales experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry, is desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English language.

Dispatch Officer responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule daily pickup and delivery of shipments.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with drivers and clients to provide updates on shipment status.
• Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the transportation process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all dispatch-related activities.

Dispatch Officer requirements:

• Preferably experience in dispatch or logistics, in the transportation industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English language skills.

Working hours are from 15:00 to 23:00 or from 16:00 to 00:00, Monday to Friday.
