Royal York Property Management is hiring a Sales Representative to help support its new Kosovo back office. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Find the properties by searching and vetting from the public listing platforms.
• Follow up leads, offer our services, and schedule meetings.
• Create and send deals to the property owners in order for them to sign the contracts.
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Must have minimum 2 years of working experience in sales.
• Ability to work from 3 PM to 11 PM from our office in Pristina.
