Sales Director
Responsibilities/ Main tasks:
- Set and achieve the sales, financial planning and customer contribution target for the market’s entire product portfolio in all distribution channels
- Provide leadership for the sales team including goal setting, performance evaluation, coaching and development
- Manage budgets to maximize ROI & ensure profitable growth.
- Stay continually up to date with a detailed understanding of the market dynamics and develop relevant relationships across the industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Business, or related field. Master Degree’s in Business Management or related field is an advantage.
- More than 5 years experience in sales (previous experience in FMCG sector is an advantage)
- 2-3 years experiences as sales team leader
- High proficiency level of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
