Your role

The main aim of this role is to increase our organic reach, grow our patient database, build brand loyalty and onboard as many patients as possible into the right study.

You will

  • Responsibility for new customer acquisition for a clinical trial marketplace – Registry (Focus: pharmaceutical companies as well as doctors, clinics, site management organizations (SMO’s) and clinical research organizations (CROs))
  • Make cold and warm calls to convert leads into customers 
  • Independent number-focused takeover of the entire sales process: Customer approach of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) & Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL), presentation of the service portfolio, offer and contract negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract
  • In cooperation with the management, supporting the further development of the service portfolio as well as the product
  • Representation of our marketplace at trade fairs and events or via webinars
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships 
  • Craft and send personalized sales emails to passive candidates.

What you bring to the table

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in the field of medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical products and pharmaceuticals, service or software products such as Saas sales.
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Hubstop or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Confident appearance and empathetic understanding in relationship management towards a wide variety of stakeholders (e.g. doctors)
  • Communicative, agile and independent personality, with a focus on numbers of a solution-oriented and structured approach as well as a high level of interface competence and hands-on mentality
  • German language (C2) is a must as well as good in English
