We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Sales team at our Prishtina office.
- Process outbound calls to fill the pipeline of trustee acquisitions to generate Leads for the Chairman to acquire new trustee companies.
- Process inbound calls from existing customers to generate an excellent customer experience.
- Support existing customers in technical questions relating to our Product (Apps & Website);
- Process inbound calls from prospects.
- Listen to Voicemails that occur during non-business hours & perform call backs.
- Check HubSpot/Inboxes excluding HubSpot Channel “Accounts”;
- Driving the ticketing system from HubSpot to ensure timely and accurate answering of customer requests.
- Pre-qualify inbound requests and decide if next steps are necessary and assign next actions;
- Check in HubSpot automatically generated tickets that are created when customers contact us through different channels;
- Maintain data quality in HubSpot & BMD relating to Customers and Prospects;
- Supporting the Chairman in all kinds of research, acquisitions and customer success (e.g. Customer Satisfaction Surveys, yearly survey from Magazine “Bilanz”, etc.)
- This position is multi-disciplinary and not pure sales thus different functions for the client will be handled.
- Deep understanding (at least capable of learning quickly) of our Product and the Trustee Business;
- Sales Mindset – need to be able to convince people;
- Fluent in Swiss German;
- Fluent in verbal and written German;
- Available during service hours;
- Positive attitude written & verbally;
- Stress resistant working in high pressure environment;
- Curious in learning new technologies;
- Digital native;
- Very detail oriented;
- Proactive in regard to solving problems that are related to assigned tasks;
- Jack of all trades;
