Position: Robotics Engineer
Location: Remote or Hybrid
Priority will be given to candidates who are willing to work 50% of the time in our central offices in Milan or other client’s locations as needed. 

The Faktory Group is looking for an experienced Robotics Engineer skilled in industrial robotics to join our innovative team. With priority experience in KUKA, Yaskawa, ABB, and ideally Fanuc systems, you’ll be responsible for developing and optimizing robotic applications, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless integration across projects.

Responsibilities:

• Program, test, and maintain robotic systems, focusing on automation and precision
• Diagnose and resolve issues in real-time applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on custom robotic solutions

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming and configuring KUKA, Yaskawa, ABB, and Fanuc robots
• Solid understanding of industrial robotics protocols and automation
• Strong troubleshooting skills and teamwork orientation
