Call Agent Duties and Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through phone calls from our Database
• Get contact information of Restaurant Owners 

• Update database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.

• Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.

• Meet and/or exceed the monthly quotas

• Flexible with working hours and different time zones

Call Agent Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English 
• Priority is given to those who have experience in CallCenter and Sales jobs

• Self-motivated and a positive attitude

• Ability to work under stress

• Excellent interpersonal skills

This job position is remotely (Work from Home)

Working hours are flexible.

Base Salary of 500 euro with commission structure!
