Therefore, we are delighted to announce that we are seeking to hire two (2) experienced recruiters. The candidates should have extensive experience in Human Resources Administration, in particular recruitment and will be responsible in evaluating candidate profiles based on pre-set criteria.

Your responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases;
• Screen candidate’s resumes (CV) and job application
• Involvement in the overall recruitment cycle
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within the schedule;
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills (including soft skills), experience, and aptitudes;
• Create reports and document the process of the candidate evaluation
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong English speaking and writing skills;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources functions, preferably in recruitment and selection of candidates;
• Experience in evaluating candidates
• Proactivity and independency with the ability to take initiative.
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills;
• Social & teamwork skills;
• Resilience, above-average commitment and flexibility;
• Experience in documentation

A degree in the relevant field is an advantage;
