Position: PLC Developer
Location: Hybrid ( 50% in Italy at the Company Site in Milan, or at the Customer Sites as needed)

The Faktory Group is seeking a skilled PLC Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you’ll work on programming, testing, and maintaining PLC systems for our diverse projects, with a focus on automation and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure PLC programs based on project requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions
• Ensure system functionality and reliability
• Drawing up and updating technical documentation relating to programmed systems
• Support customers in after-sales activities with maintenance and software updates.

Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of PLC programming languages (IEC 61131-3) and familiarity with SCADA and HMI interfaces
• Experience with automation systems and industrial protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience Required:

• The use of Siemens programming platforms is required, knowledge of Schneider Electric and Rockwell Automation systems is welcome.
• Required at least 3 years of proven experience in Industrial Automation or Robotics companies
