NOTICE OF CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Title: Anticipated Short-Term Expertise

The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (LuxDev) on behalf of Project KSV/020 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Republic of Kosovo and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in anticipation of short-term expertise, is calling for resumes from experts with the following skills regarding technical/vocational high school curriculum:

• Ref: 20TLMBIT – Expert (two) for the development of teaching and learning materials for Building Insulation Technician
• Ref: 20TLMEI – Expert (two) for the development of teaching and learning materials for Electrical Installer
• Ref: 20TLMWSHCI – Expert (two) for the development of teaching and learning materials for Water, Sewage, Heating and Cooling Installation
• Ref: 20TLMMW – Expert (two) for development of teaching and learning materials for Metalworker and Welder

Experts who have extensive work experience in these fields as well as advanced academic writing skills will be engaged for a short period of up to twenty-one days (21) each. Candidates are required to have previous experience in drafting educational materials. Please notice that only applications coming from freelance applicants will be considered (applications from NGO-s will not be considered).

• At least three professional references.

Note: payments foreseen to be made under these contracts are exempt from VAT and the experts hired under these contracts for specific tasks and duties will be required to submit regular invoices that include experts’ fiscal number.
