TEB Sh.A. është në kërkim të një kandidati të kualifikuar për pozitën Njih Klientin Tuaj (NjKT) – Asistent Operacional për t’u punësuar në Zyren Qendrore / Prishtinë.

Përgjegjësitë kryesore:

• Vlerësimi dhe kontrollimi i pranimit, rishikimit të pjesshëm të klientëve dhe dosjeve të tyre NjKT.
• Kryerja e kërkimit të informacionit negativ dhe vlerësimi i materialitetit të tyre duke kryer një proces të vazhdueshëm vigjilent gjatë pranimit dhe ri-certifikimit të klientit.
• Ushtrimi i vigjilencës së vazhdueshme dhe raportimi i menjëhershëm i çdo çështje të dyshimit të njohur ose integritetit gjatë procesit të pranimit dhe ri-certifikimit të klientit.
• Kryerja e detyrave të operimit për degët digjitale sipas procedurës së degës digjitale.
• Përcjellja e procedurave dhe politikave lidhur me përgjegjësitë e tyre.
• Përveç detyrave të përcaktuara në kontratën e punës dhe në përshkrimin e punës mund të kërkohet kryerja e detyrave të tjera nga mbikëqyrësi / punëdhënësi i drejtpërdrejtë, në varësi të nevojave të punëdhënësit dhe në përputhje me ligjet dhe rregulloret në fuqi si dhe aktet / aktet nënligjore të brendshme të punëdhënësit.

Kualifikimet e kërkuara:

• Studentët e vitit të fundit të studimeve universitare (BA)
• Aftësi të shkëlqyeshme të komunikimit
• Anëtar i shkëlqyer i ekipit
• Njohuri të shkëlqyeshme të gjuhës angleze
• Aftësi të shkëlqyeshme lidhur me aplikacionet MS Office

TEB Sh.A. is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Know Your Client (KYC) – Operations Assistant to be recruited in Head Office/Prishtinë.

Main responsibilities:

• Evaluating and Controlling Onboarding, partial review and KYC files.
• Performs adverse information searches and assesses their materiality by performing constant vigilant process during onboarding and re-certification process
• Exercises constant vigilance and immediately reports any known suspicions or integrity concerns during onboarding and re-certification process
• Performing Operations duties for digital branches as per digital branch procedure
• Following procedures & policies related to their responsibilities
• Except for duties specified in the employment contract and in the job description, it may be asked to perform other duties required by the immediate supervisor/employer, depending on the needs of the employer and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as internal acts/bylaws of the employer.

Qualifications required:

• Last year students for Bachelor’s degree.
• Perfect communication skills
• Excellent Team Member
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Required proficiency in of MS Office applications
