Career Advisor

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Act as a career mentor to advise students in the job application and hiring process.
• Review, revise, and enhance resumes.
• Conduct superior research to support resume customization and assist in soft skills support for interview preparation.
• Have an excellent command of the English language and detail-oriented work.
• Multi-task and prioritize while effectively communicating with students during and after the Market preparation.
• Manage data on a daily basis to keep track of student progress.
• Be a well-organized, self-starter, who manages time effectively.
• Have the ability to create new ways to streamline processes.
• Complete various administrative duties as needed
• Always maintain and effectively utilize excellent customer service skills.
• Be able and willing to work in a start-up environment.
• Be flexible in time, schedule, workload, etc.; must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Complete any other tasks, duties, and projects not listed above that may be assigned to support instruction and business needs.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English Language.
• Preferably Faculty of English Literature, Law, or Economy
• Tech Skills – understanding of technological solutions and using them to provide innovative solutions related to customer demand and in-house staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.
